- XCEL CURRENT EMPLOYEES, THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES*
- NSP/XCEL RETIREES, THEIR FRIENDS & FAMILIES*
- First Responder or Active Duty/Veteran
*Friends and family members must provide full name, email address, phone number and employee number of current employee or retiree at time of reservation submission

About the Grounds
The Oaks on the River Campground is located just 30 short miles from the Twin Cities on the shores of the beautiful Mississippi River near Monticello, MN.
The campground is 300 acres with 42 large, wooded sites. Each site has electrical hook ups as well as water hook ups. Not only do some of our site overlook the Mississippi river. The

The campground is 300 acres with 42 large, wooded sites. Each site has electrical hook ups as well as water hook ups. Not only do some of our site overlook the Mississippi river. The campground also has a heated swimming pool, many hiking trails, basketball courts, playgrounds, as well as pavilions to rent.
We sell firewood right at the office, we also sell candy and ice-cream Feel free to stop by the office to see what we have in the store for you!
